A few days before the opening of CES 2018 in Las Vegas, LG formalizes a 4K / UHD video projector portable, ideal for small rooms. The South Korean manufacturer claims that this projector is half as bulky as those proposed by the competition. It would also be lighter and easier to install with the possibility of laying it on the floor or fixing it to the wall.
Dubbed HU80K, it is "marketed" by LG as a "top-of-the-line" device range, but affordable. It can project an image of 150 inches or 3.81 meters on any wall or surface.
Interestingly, this videoproj 'would be the brightest Korean brand and the image could reach a brightness of 2500 lumens, enough to enjoy the system even in the middle of the day. Another precision, it is also compatible with the HDR10 standard and has two speakers of 7 watts. Side connectivity, there is HDMI, Bluetooth and USB. Finally, it works in webOS like most of the connected TVs offered by LG to enjoy natively streaming services and other media content broadcast.
