ADATA announces the release of the XPG SX8200, the fastest SSD produced by the company so far
The device has the compact M.2 2280 format and uses the PCIe 3x4 interface, enabling read speeds of up to 3200MB / s and 1700MB / s when writing. The new product is addressed to gaming enthusiasts, overclockers and enthusiasts who want to have top performances. The SX8200 uses NAND Flash 64-layer 3D memory chips and is available in 240GB, 480GB and 960GB capacities.
The new SSD has SLC cache and DRAM buffer, and can accommodate an impressive 310K / 280K IOPS operation, helping to load or write a large number of files at the same time. The device also supports RAID Engine and Data Shaping for greater reliability and stability, with the manufacturer predicting an average life of 2 million hours, backed by a 5-year warranty.
