Allview will soon launch a cheap smartphone with Android Go

Android Go is a mobile operating system developed by Google and designed for smartphones that have a RAM of 1 GB or less, 8-16 GB internal storage capacity and entry-level chipset (Snapdragon 210 or a similar MediaTek model ). The Allview brand has announced that it will launch a smartphone that runs the Android Oreo (Go Edition) platform at the end of this month.

The terminal will include a 18: 9 format display and 1 GB of RAM, according to the company. More information is not known yet

Android Go includes Google Go applications, optimized for weaker smartphones. These include YouTube Go, Google Maps Go, or Gmail Go. They occupy a small space (on average 50% less) and have lower mobile data consumption. Any feature not necessarily required has been removed from Android Go.
