The latest Apple Watch copy is compatible with iOS, has a heart rate monitor, and is designed to run on a single charge for 45 days. And yet it is said to cost only US $ 100.
The Amazfit Bip looks very much like the original Apple Watch, but this is a much simpler smartwatch manufactured by Huami and the only manufacturer of wearables for Xiaomi.
The Amazfit Bip is compatible with both iOS and Android and is dust and water resistant (IP68) provides pulse measurement and has a built-in GPS module, as well as Bluetooth 4.0.
The smartwatch has a 1.28-inch display y with a resolution of 176 x 176 pixels. This is significantly less than the resolution of the Apple Watch with 390 x 312 pixels for the 42 mm model and 340 x 272 pixels for the 38 mm model. The Amazfit Bip protects the display with Gorilla glass from Corning.
The device has a 190 mAh battery and should last for up to 4 months if the user only uses the clock function, according to the manufacturer. In normal operation without GPS it should be 45 days. However, if the user uses the device with GPS tracking, the Bip will only last for 22 hours.
The Smartwatch uses Xiaomi's MI Fit 3.0 app to connect to the iPhone and other smartphones.
Amazfit Bip is only available in black and costs $ 99. For children, this could be an interesting alternative.
