Sponsored by an indiegogo project, BV9500 PRO is a small beast in terms of battery life and resistance to difficult conditions of use
The BV9500 PRO is shipped in an IP68 certified enclosure protected from water and dust. The design features rubber damper for impact resistance and an aluminum alloy chassis formulated according to a recipe taken from the aerospace industry. In turn, the screen is protected with a shield that can take most of the accidental blows.
Putting emphasis on the practical side, Blackview also provided the BV9500 PRO with a removable external antenna, unprecedented in a modern smartphone. Equipment should improve coverage in isolated areas where ordinary mobile phones would not have sufficient signal from the mobile network.
Optimized battery optimization is done around the MediaTek MT6763T chipset, equipped with 2.5GHz octa-core processor and 4G network support on two SIM cards. Not disappointing to the performance side, the BV9500 PRO has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage
Blackview is offering the new smartphone with Android 8.1, but the resistor is the 5.7 "IPS screen with a 2160x1080 pixel resolution, along with the 16MP dual-camera system. Surprisingly for a smartphone that is not in the premium range, the Blackview BV9500 PRO also features a battery charging function. However, the wireless power adapter will need to be purchased separately.
Buyers who choose to order the new Blackview BV9500 PRO from the initial funding period can get a 20% discount on the final purchase price, but this is not mentioned in the indiegogo project page
