iOS 11.4 Beta 3 includes AirPlay 2 with stereo support for the smart HomePod speaker. Testing can be the lack of new public beta of the operating system of the Homepod speakers currently not. The HomePod has not been released in Germany anyway. AirPlay 2 requires an Apple TV 4 or Apple TV 4K with the beta of tvOS 11.4.
tvOS 11.4, along with iOS 11.4, reintroduces the features of AirPlay 2 that were already present in early tvOS and iOS 11.3 betas but was removed before the release of the final versions. After installing iOS 11.4 and tvOS 11.4, the Apple TV will be listed again in the Home app.
