Our colleagues from the VentureBeat site have got their hands on what seems to be the next generation of mid-range smartphones from the Japanese manufacturer Sony. The official presentation is expected to take place at the CES in Las Vegas, which will open next week. Three models are unveiled, the Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra and L2.
The Xperia XA2 should have a 5.2-inch display with Full HD 1080p resolution, a Snapdragon 630 processor with 2 or 3GB RAM, and a 21-megapixel main camera capable of to film in 4K and a frontal camera of 7 megapixels. The XA2 Ultra would have the same design and specifications, but with a 6-inch screen and a 15-megapixel front camera that would also be able to record video in 4K.
