A man invented a smart beacon called the Clever Buoy. It uses artificial intelligence to identify large marine life. Australian buzz Craig Anderson can alert people on the beach when sharks are nearby
Sensors and camera cameras can identify an animal as it swims. The Clever Buoy is connected to a satellite through which it transmits the data to a control center. The buoy uses solar panels to generate the energy required for operation.
The technology has already been installed on the famous Bondi Beach, but also in Perth's City Beach. Such systems will be installed soon in California. Technology rentals cost a city between $ 10,000 and $ 15,000 a month.
