Dora is the first recruiting robot to look for candidates online and interview them according to employer specifications, and since its launch on March 1, she has had over 100,000 interviews, according to a communiqué released on Wednesday by Happy Recrutier

Creators of Dora say that so far the robot had 102,661 interviews, offered 8,702 candidates to recruiters, and helped 5.985 people to hire 213.

"Dora discusses with the candidates, checks the experience, the qualifications required by the employer, if they are available to be hired on that date, if they have the required certifications or speak the requested foreign language. Also, the robot can negotiate salaries and many other issues that may arise during an interview, "the company's representatives said.

Dora's creators say the robot is constantly communicating with the candidates, informing them who the employer is if they have interviewed, informing them when they are contacted, and if they do not respond to the employer's phone, Dora asks the candidates to call back. In case of rejection, Dora informs candidates why they were rejected and suggests another job, according to their experience, availability and wage preferences

"Most interviews are done in the evenings and on weekends when candidates have more time. 45% of people looking for a job are available after 7 pm, 28% at weekends and only 27% of people have time for a discussion with employers during work hours from 9.00 to 17.00, "shows release.

If a candidate stops interviewing because the phone rings or calls his children, Dora is waiting for him to finish his job and returns to the candidate when he has time to continue the interview and saves over 50% of the time spent searching and interviewing candidates.

"Dora has learned to recruit production operators, call center operators, welders, accountants, salespeople, drivers, financial analysts, merchendisers, engineers, horeca staff, mechanics, back-office assistants, recruiters and recruiting programmers, project initiators say.

Companies that use Dora operate in areas such as industry, staff leasing, financial banking, trade / hypermarkets, logistics / car rental, sales companies, recruitment agencies, construction companies, logistics, medical industry, hotels and restaurants all over the country.
