The Samsung smartphone known as "Galaxy S8 Lite" was officially launched in China under the name of Galaxy S Light Luxury (SM-G8750). This is indeed a "Lite" version of last year's Galaxy S8 range.
The terminal has an 18.5: 9 and diagonal 5.8 inch display format, but the resolution is Full HD +. However, the new smartphone does not have the Snapdragon 835 chipset used in the Galaxy S8, but a mid-range Snapdragon 660. This is helped by a 4GB RAM. The internal storage capacity of the Galaxy S Light Luxury is 64 GB and the terminal has a microSD card slot
The fingerprint reader is also positioned on the back but, in this model, it is not accompanied by the heart rate sensor
The main camera on the Galaxy S Light Luxury has a 16MP optical sensor and the 8MP front for self-styles. The new phone, like the Galaxy S8, has IP68 certification for dust and water resistance. There is also no dedicated Bixby button
The terminal is delivered with Android 8.0 Oreo, and the battery has a capacity of 3,000 mAh.
