Google adds the option to create personalized GIFs and the Android version of the Gboard keyboard

Google adds to the Gboard Android keyboard a feature first released in the iOS version of the app, appreciated by ordinary people to "color" their discussions using animated gifs

The new feature allows you to quickly create and send animated GIFs using the front or main camera of the mobile phone

We have a choice between two playback modes: Loop and Fast-Forward. The first is the traditional mode of animated GIFs where a clip lasting up to 3 seconds is played back continuously. Fast-Forward mode allows you to shoot for up to 1 minute, the resulting clip being then compressed into a high-speed playback sequence.

Now available in the beta version of the Gboard keyboard for Android devices, the GIF selfie option will be available to all Android users in the coming weeks
