A survey by PC Mag shows that consumers are much more interested in this ssieren, what Apple introduces this year, although the Galaxy Note 9 from Samsung has already been presented.
At the beginning of August 2018, Samsung officially unveiled its new flagship Galaxy Note 9. Now, a US survey polling 1,555 consumers revealed which smartphone they are most looking forward to "iPhone 9 / iPhone 11 / iPhone XI / iPhone SE 2" is at the top. 42 percent of respondents said they were most looking forward to the new iPhone lineup, which will be unveiled in September, while 24 percent said they were looking forward to the Galaxy Note 9.
7 percent of Respondents said they were most excited about Google Pixel 3, followed by 4 percent for the LG V40, 2 percent for the OnePlus 6T, 6 percent for "others," and 11 percent for "no smartphone."
One positive aspect for Samsung is that 76 percent of people who have chosen the 9 mark already own a Samsung device, 8 percent said they are currently iPhone users. This means that Samsung may be able to attract some iPhone users.
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Note 9 along with its new competitor for the Apple Watch and the HomePod. Initial benchmarks show that the iPhone X, although nearly a year old, beats into the Galaxy Note 9. However, there is one exception: with the Slingshot Extreme Benchmark, a sophisticated graphics test, the iPhone X was not the winner - but that Galaxy Note 9 also not. Here scored the OnePlus 6 with a rating of 5,124. The iPhone X, on the other hand, scored "only" 4,994 points and a rating of 9,639.
The Galaxy Note 9 will be available for sale on August 24, priced at $ 999 for the 128GB model Samsung demands $ 1,249 for the 512-gigabyte version.
