iPhone SE 2 in May without headphone jack?
Macotakara took advantage of its location advantage and introduced on the "Global Sources Mobile Electronics Trade Show in Hong Kong talks with accessory manufacturers
iPhone SE 2 possibly without headphone jack
Some accessory suppliers are already presenting protective cases for a possible iPhone SE 2 on site. They hinted in conversation with Macotakara that Apple would launch the smartphone in May.
The protective covers for the upcoming 4-inch smartphone, however, provide no space to plug a headphone jack plug. Apple has in principle removed this connection from its portfolio with the launch of the iPhone 7 in 2016. It would only be logical if the group from Cupertino in the iPhone SE 2 also waived. But that may just be a bet and no knowledge. If the SE2 is released without a jack, you would have to grab the iPhone 6s (Plus) to connect even a headphone with 3.5 mm jack. Alternatively, you can connect new headphones via Lightning cable or use wireless variants.
Protective Cover Providers Play Risk
It is well known that manufacturers of protective cases are sometimes at risk. They orient themselves for your products on hints from the rumor mill. The idea behind it is that the one who is the fastest on the market with its products also has advantages.
Rumors about iPhone SE 2
Rumor has it that SE2 might get a glass back, so you can charge it "wirelessly". The supply suppliers did not want to confirm this with Macotakara.
Otherwise there is evidence of hardware (A10 Fusion SoC from the iPhone 7, 2 GB RAM), but no hard facts. Possibly Apple also introduces the device to WWDC 2018.
