The Nokia X6 is a highly sought after model by fans of devices manufactured by HMD Global. This is the first smartphone under the famous Finnish brand that adopts a "modern" design from 2018, offering a large, thick-edged screen with a top-of-the-box and dual-camera system at a fraction of the market price. So far, the phone has been exclusive to the Chinese market, but it will also be available on international markets under the name of Nokia 6.1 Plus.
The first market outside China that the Nokia 6.1 Plus will be present is Hong Kong a stone's throw away from the "mother country". Here the X6 changes its name, but not its exterior design or capabilities. We're still talking about a device equipped with the Snapdragon 636 chipset, a 19: 9 widescreen display with Full HD + resolution, configuration options of up to 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage and a dual camera system 16 and 5 megapixel sensors respectively.
The phone arrives in Hong Kong stores on July 19 and then we'll see it in other markets, probably before the end of the summer. Initially, HMD Global launched this phone as an exclusive model for the Chinese market, after which CEO Juho Sarvikas launched a question on his Twitter account asking fans if they wanted to buy this phone. The public's response was very positive, and the company promised to make an effort to "pull out" this model outside of China.
With a price of around 250 euros, this model could be an international best-buy that will be especially attractive for fans of the "iPhone X" design. Considering the quality of Nokia device construction, it could be one of the best-built glass smartphones.
