Samsung has set the launch date for Galaxy Note 9, South Korea's most advanced smartphone, with a dedicated Samsung Unpacked event, for which invitations have already been sent

Accompanied by a first video teaser, the announcement sets the official launch date for August 9, 2018, confirming rumors previously circulated

Without any interpretations, the video captures the near-new version of the S Pen, the most distinctive feature of the Galaxy Note series.

Even if it is computer-generated, the video teaser captures the unique golden hue of the S Pen accessory, which we can assume it was taken over for its own phone

According to the information gathered so far, Samsung has prepared for the launch of the Galaxy Note9 a golden and blue design that will surely attract many glances. The new housing design also comes with a glass shield applied to the OLED screen, thinner by 0.5 mm than the predecessor Note8. The measure would improve the appearance and ease of use, making Galaxy Note 9 softer and lighter.

The 6.38 "screen would use the 2960×1440 pixel resolution, but some sources even speak about jump at 4K resolution
