Vimeo app for macOS released with "Final Cut Pro" support
The new and official Vimeo app for the Mac makes it much easier to manage your own videos. The macOS app can also be connected to Final Cut Pro X and is therefore a practical extension for professional users. Here you can directly export videos from ProRes and other codecs directly from Final Cut Pro X and upload them to Vimeo. You can edit information such as title, description, and other settings in advance. After uploading, you will receive video links for embedding on websites and, if you wish, you can also receive notifications about new video activities. Incidentally, of course, the 4K resolution and HDR supported, so you can upload videos in the best possible quality on Vimeo.
Recently updated Apple Final Cut Pro X. For example, version 10.4.1 supports the new ProRes RAW format. This allows you to import and edit video with RAW data without slowing down the editing process. In addition, advanced subtitles came into play with the update.
