WWDC 2018: Apple establishes the McEnery Convention Center

Apple has a long tradition of providing the WWDC venue with numerous decorations, banners and other hints. There will be no exception here in 2018 and work has already begun so that the McEnery Convention Center shines next Monday in the design of the recently sent invitation. The same motifs adorn the WWDC website and also the freshly updated app.

As before, Apple has covered the entire entrance area with corresponding films that show the various controls on iOS and Co., and thus clearly address the design language of the developers. Just last year, Apple relocated the venue from the Moscone Center to the McEnery Convention Center. The new location brings advantages for the developers and also for Apple. For Apple, the convention center is much closer to its own campus and offices, while developers in the area can get much cheaper accommodations.

WWDC 2018 opens on June 4 at 7:00 pm with the traditional Apple Keynote. Here, of course, we expect the introduction of the new operating systems as well as some other hardware surprises that could include MacBooks and other products.
