Successor of Xiaomi Mi 5X has appeared in the TENAA Certification Authority Catalog, illustrated with the main specifications
Included in the mid-range range, Mi 6X comes equipped with a 5.99 "IPS screen with FHD + resolution (2160x1080 pixels). The configuration is centered around the Snapdragon 626 chipset, taken over by other recent products like the Moto Z2 Play and Vivo V9, offering a octa-core CPU with frequency up to 2.2 GHz
The Xiaomi Mi 6X features 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage space and a 20MP + 8MP Dual Camera, optimized for increased sensitivity under low light conditions, thanks to the use of f / 1.8-lens. Above the screen we find another camera with 20MP resolution, this time having a single group of lenses with f / 2.0 opening
Xiaomi will deliver the new smartphone together with Android 8.1 Oreo, customized with the MIUI 9.5 interface and custom preinstalled application collection. European buyers will also have an "international" version of Xiaomi Mi 6X / A2, delivered with an unmodified Android edition and Android's standard Android application package
It is not clear when the official announcement will come, nor the price at which it will be available on the shelf, but given that the Xiaomi Mi A1 came to Europe for 200 euros, probably no successor would be too far, despite the upgrades you've received.
